Welcome to Farmer Jess! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or directly with Farmer Jess. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information

All of our products are grown using natural, chemical-free methods. We take great care to provide accurate descriptions and seasonal availability of our fresh produce, seedlings, and transplants. Please note that product availability may vary based on season, weather and growing conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept cash (in-person), e-transfer (before delivery/in-person meet-up) and all major credit cards through our website.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

We process and prepare orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after they are received.

We offer:

Free delivery for orders of $50 or more within Tillsonburg and the surrounding area.
For orders under $50, we’re happy to meet at a public location on the outskirts of Tillsonburg.

Delivery is local only and coordinated directly with each customer.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fresh produce and live plants), we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery and reach out immediately if there are any concerns—we’ll always do our best to make things right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, and logos are the property of Farmer Jess and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Farmer Jess is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, including allergic reactions or misuse. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before consuming unfamiliar produce or herbs.
